What is a cone crusher?

Working principle of cone crusher
Under the action of the driving force of the electric motor, the pulley and the V-belt, the cone crusher starts to work. When the cone crusher is working, the drive shaft starts to rotate. Then, the transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the main axis. At the same time, the eccentric sleeve makes the moving cone swing. This motion trajectory makes the distance between the moving cone and the fixed cone sometimes close and sometimes far. The rock or ore is squeezed and impacted in the crushing cavity (the space between the moving cone and the fixed cone). Until the rock or ore is crushed to the required size. Finally, the materials that meet the discharge standards are discharged from the cone crusher.
